Rental Policies

Driver Restrictions/Underage Surcharge

Drivers must be 23 years or older and must have a driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years to drive cars, vans, buses, and luxury SUVs.

 

Credit Cards

We accept all credit cards.

 

Smoke-Free Vehicles

Smoking is not permitted in our rental vehicles. Special cleaning charges may apply for excessive odors and burns. Please check with our counter agents for more details.

 

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 30% of the rental fee will apply. Free cancellation is allowed before 24 hours of pick-up for car rental services. However, a cancellation fee may apply for Private Transfers or other ground transportation services if not notified within the specified time.

 

Hearing-Impaired Clients

Persons that are hearing-impaired will not be allowed to drive our vehicles as our insurers currently do not provide coverage.

 

Delivery/Collection of Vehicles

NOTE: We do not offer delivery and collection of vehicles.

 

Inter-City Fee

Intercity picking up and drop-off comes at an additional charge of $35 USD.

 

Fuel Deposit / Return

A deposit for a full tank is taken at the beginning of the rental. Simply return with a full tank for a refund. Vehicles returned with less than a full tank will be charged at a rate higher than the retail pump price as we include a service fee. Vehicles should be returned with the same level as when collected. No credit or refund will be given for petrol brought back in excess of what was received.
