Returns and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our rental services. Please review our returns and refund policy below:

1. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental fee will apply. Free cancellation is allowed before 24 hours of pick-up for car rental services. However, a cancellation fee may apply for Private Transfers or other ground transportation services if not notified within the specified time.

2. Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed within two (2) business days. However, please allow up to a maximum of seven (7) days. The refund amount will be the rental fee minus the applicable cancellation fee.

3. Returns:

For rental vehicles returned with no issues, the full deposit will be refunded. However, if there are damages, excessive odours, or burns in the vehicle, special cleaning charges may apply, and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Fuel Deposit / Return:

A deposit for a full tank is taken at the beginning of the rental. Vehicles should be returned with the same level of fuel as when collected. No credit or refund will be given for petrol brought back more than what was received.

5. Other Circumstances:

Refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any unique situations.
