To rent a vehicle, you need to:
- Meet our minimum age requirement of 23 years
- Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years to drive cars, vans, buses, and luxury SUVs.
- Provide a major credit card or cash equivalent for the required deposit.

Yes, we offer auto coverage plans that allow you to limit your liability for loss or damage to the rented vehicle. Options include Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W), Third Party Waiver (T.P.W), and Secondary Damage Waiver (S.D.W). Details are available on our website. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are applicable based on our terms and conditions. Deposits are refundable within 48 hours if there is no loss or damage to the rented vehicle. Please refer to our rental agreement for more details.

How do I make a booking online?
Visit our shop or search here, select your desired rental dates, pickup and dropoff locations, vehicle type and add-ons, and follow the online booking process. Currently, only Pay On Delivery via credit and debit cards is available.
How can I pay for my online booking?
At the moment we only support Pay on Delivery via credit or debit card.
How do view the daily prices for a car?
Daily prices for each vehicle type are displayed on our website when booking a car.
How do I manage or view my current bookings?
Log in to your account at My Account Orders to view, cancel, and manage your bookings conveniently.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, booking confirmations are sent upon placing an order or booking through our website.
Will I receive a booking reminder?
Booking reminders are sent 24 hours before the booking start time to ensure you have all the necessary details.
How do I cancel an online booking?
Bookings can be cancelled 24 hours before the start time without incurring a charge. Cancel online through the My Account Orders section or by calling our customer support.

Who is responsible for fixtures due caused by damages to the vehicle?
The hirer is responsible for the full cost of damage or loss to the rented vehicle. Coverage options, such as C.D.W and S.D.W, are available to reduce liability.
